Arrowhead Necklace // as shown on @littlesycamore Instagram stories
The process: A little loop is connected to the arrowhead and the connection is shaped with epoxy to smooth everything out. The arrowhead is carefully hand painted with conductive paint around the edge of the front + the entire back. The necklace then goes through a really neat process where pure copper deposits onto that conductive paint for 12+ hours, with me taking the pieces out to make adjustments every few hours. A deposit of metal grows until everything is held very securely. After tumbling, hand polishing, and plating in the thickest possible layer of nickel-free 18k gold, rose gold, or sterling silver, the pendants are finally complete! The pendants are then attached to the prettiest, softest, highest quality chain I have found. Long story short... a whole lot of time and love is put into this little beauty!
