All custom orders and flash sale items are always final sale, no exceptions. For all other items, we allow returns for store credit if the item is shipped back to us within 14 days or less of the date it was delivered to you. Exchanges are also done through store credit. When you return, you will be sent store credit so that you can repurchase in another size if sizing is the issue, or you can choose something else from the shop instead. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping costs on the original order will not be refunded through store credit. You are responsible for costs to ship the return back to me. If an item is not received back in original condition or in this timeline, we reserve the right to ship the item back to you for you to keep without any refund, at our discretion.
Cancellations: Cancellation of flash sale items is never allowed. If the customer wants to cancel an order of a ring that is already in the process of being plated, there will be a $10 restocking fee. In all other scenarios, we will try our best to accommodate cancellation requests if the item has not yet been shipped.
8.0 Limits on Liability
8.1 Site operates as is, and we can't guarantee it will be safe and secure or will work perfectly all the time. Sometimes crazy things and mistakes happen, even when we try to find reliable vendors to help us operate the Site and its services.
