You put them in like a stud earring into any regular piercing hole, and the back and front run alongside hugging your ear. There is no earring post to poke you in the back, really comfortable and no need to take them out while showering, sleeping, or exercising. 15 mm in length. Available in solid sterling silver, gold filled, or rose gold filled.
