A completely one of a kind wrap ring, designed to be something beautiful for you! And it can also be designed with meaning using birthstones to represent the people that you love most. This open design ring is not meant to be resized, do not bend the ring open or closed. If you do it can crack the band, and that is something we will not be able to repair.

Examples: the birthstones of your children, your own birthstone, spouse’s birthstone, white crystal(s) to represent infant loss or miscarriage, the month of your wedding anniversary, etc.
*This is custom in that you give me general preferences. Because I want each piece to turn out beautiful, I will not take very specific requests. If someone is too particular, I am unable to puzzle piece the stones together well or design a flattering piece. I promise if you give me the room to make decisions, it will turn out beautiful! 

This design has been updated- Mothers Rings are now made with a solid sterling silver core! It can be shipped as is in solid sterling silver, or heavily dipped in gold or rose gold. If it is a tossup for you on what metal you choose, I recommend silver because it is solid sterling silver through and through which means it will never need to be redipped even a lifetime down the road. Which is so awesome if you're super hard on your rings! But gold and rose gold are gorgeous and a good option too! The gold and rose gold is plated as thick as possible, that plating just may need to be redipped someday- which I can do for you!

The process: It starts out with a handmade hammered band, and even just that part has lots of love and attention put in to create. Birthstones are arranged onto the band, hand-picking stones that will compliment each other well and finding the positioning looks best. If an Instagram username is written in the notes during checkout, we send a little sneak peek video of the piece. Then the setting is sanded to be perfectly shaped, and the ring is hand painted with conductive paint. Using an electric current, sterling silver metal deposits onto the ring and around the base of the stones for 20+ hours. This slow build up of metal creates a unique and organic looking setting that very securely holds the stones in place. The ring is tumbled, hand-polished, and plated in a very thick layer of 18k gold or rose gold, or left as is in solid sterling silver. Long story short... a whole lot of time and love is put into this little beauty!

These take time to custom make & I really appreciate your patience with the handmade process. Please refer to FAQ for current processing times. Custom orders are always final sale. Do not attempt to resize this ring. This is an open design but metal cannot bend and so it is likely to crack in the back if you try to bend it. I will not cover the cost of replacement if a crack in the back happens; it is rare to happen but if it does happen it is always due to misuse of the ring and forcing it open or closed purposefully or accidentally. By purchasing, you are agreeing to our policies.
